This was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had, not just in comedy but just life in general. I took the week off work and it felt like a magical week where comedy was my full time job. I met so many amazing people and learned so much, it felt like a week of comedy college with a summer camp twist. Thank you to all the work you guys put in, this was amazing! The educational panels were truly all fantastic but a couple speakers that really stood out to me were Emilie Laford and Brian Baldinger (from The Comedy Store). I’m at the stage where I’m just gearing up to start trying to break into the bigger clubs and they both gave such clear advice. It was hugely valuable to hear the kinds of things they’re looking for. Brian was so kind in the speed-generals panel too. He was my first one and I was a li’l nervous going into it but he was so chill and gracious. You could tell he genuinely cares about helping comics and wants to see them succeed.
